Our Vision

Disarmament and nonproliferation are the foundation for a more secure, peaceful, and sustainable world. Measures taken for disarmament and nonproliferation advocate our international security, prevent violent conflicts and prioritize the safety of our citizenry.

Our goals are to inform future generations about the stories of survivors who experienced the atomic bomb’s radiation and its consequences in Nagasaki and Hiroshima. We wish to collaborate with teens around the globe to educate our community(s) about the history of nuclear weapons and proliferation. By understanding our history, we can learn from our past, and ensure history never repeats itself. 

Reaching out to diverse groups of students plays a significant part in raising awareness to promote more voices of youth in nuclear disarmament discussions. Many are unaware of the inhumane and indiscriminate consequences of nuclear proliferation, thus the cruciality of sharing the experiences of survivors in limelight is necessary. Our mission is to educate, engage, and empower teens about disarmament to create a difference in our world.
